Terms of Purchase - Please Read

The Soul Degree Alumni Retreat ("Event") is offered by Soul Degree, LLC ("Company"). By purchasing a seat for the event, the Attendee agrees to the following terms:

PARTICIPATION:

Attendee chooses to participate in the Event offered from October 17 to October 21, 2025.

INCLUSIONS:

• Lodging and accommodations for 5 days & 4 nights in the Tuscan/Umbrian countryside outside of Rome, Italy.

• Guided hikes, meditations, yoga, group meetings, a facilitated Holotropic breathwork session, group meals, networking, fireside chats, and more

• Precious time for yourself in the company of guys who get it

• Meals, snacks throughout your stay

• Group transportation from Rome to the host location (and back).

PAYMENT:

Payment Plans are extended as a courtesy to Attendee. The initial payment will hold Attendee’s place and the remaining balance will be due in full three (3) equal monthly payment installments. A late fee of $10 per day will be applied to any late payment amount. If Payment Plan is not completed prior to the Event start date, Attendee will be denied access to the Event.

CARD ON FILE:

Attendee authorizes Company to automatically charge any balances due to the credit card kept on file until all outstanding balances are paid in full. If Attendee’s card on file changes, Attendee agrees to provide Company with updated information.

TRANSFERS & REFUNDS:

All registrations are final and non-refundable. Due to investments made once an Attendee registers and the limited spacing for this event, Company cannot issue refunds. Credit for fees paid for the Event may not be transferred to another Attendee.

EXPENSES:

Lodging, breakfast, dinner, and group activities during the Event are included. Group transportation from Rome to the Eremito Hotelito del Alma is included. Attendee is responsible for: (1) transportation expenses to and from the Event; (2) additional elective activities such as spa services; and (3) lunch and other dining experiences, including alcoholic beverages, outside of the group-provided breakfasts, dinners, and ceremonies.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If Attendee desires to cancel their participation in the Event, Attendee agrees to give Company Notice as soon as is reasonably possible. Company is not under any obligation to refund any payments already made.

Company reserves the right in any circumstances to cancel the Event. In particular, the Event requires a minimum number of participants to have booked 30 days before the start date. If this minimum number is not reached by that date, Company may cancel the Event and refund Attendee's payments.
